Sports activities are given utmost importance. Our students regularly participate in all sports competitions and bring laurels to the institution and themselves.
Our sports complex is a marvel in itself boasting of cricket grounds, volley ball courts,Throwball courts, kabaddi and athletic tracks.
Atmosphere and surroundings of the institution are conducive for developing sports personalities and sports activities.
Our College offers a range of sports facilities and encourages active student participation in various athletic activities. The college has amenities for sports such as volleyball, football, cricket, badminton, tennis, athletics, chess, and carom. These facilities are aimed at promoting physical fitness and team spirit among our students.
Additionally, the college conducts sports meets and encourages students to participate in inter-collegiate events, where some students have even represented the college at the inter-university level.These efforts are part of the institution's broader goal to provide a well-rounded Education that includes extracurricular activities alongside academic learning.
In the Annamalai University Intercollegiate Tournament, our Women’s Kabaddi team secured the Winner’s title, while the Men’s Cricket and Men’s Football teams achieved Third Place.
At the Villupuram District CM Trophy Tournament 2025–2026, our Men’s Cricket team emerged as the Winners. Adding to our pride, Vishnu of II B.Sc. Computer Science won the Silver Medal at the State-Level Boxing Championship held in Namakkal.
Our college actively participated in the CM Trophy Tournament conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu. At the event, the Women’s Kabaddi Team and the Men’s Cricket Team secured First Place, and the Men’s Football Team secured Third Place. In connection, 12 students from our college were selected for the State-Level CM Trophy Tournament. They proudly represented the Villupuram District team in the finals held at Nehru Stadium, Chennai, on 3rd October 2024.
We are proud to announce that our college students have successfully represented Annamalai University in various South Zone Inter-University Tournaments held during the academic year 2024–2025. As recognition of their official participation, our students were awarded Form-3 certificates, issued by Annamalai University, which serve as a prestigious acknowledgment of their contribution and representation at the zonal level.
