"Well received is well learned" goes an age old saying. A set of philanthropists who have staunch belief and devotion on Aravindar , hailing from Pondicherry have established a trust in the name as Sri Aravindar Educational Trust in the Year 1998.
The ardent aim and desire of the Trust is to produce dynamic citizens for the country by imparting a board stream of advanced learning, infusing discipline and inculcating social responsibility to as to achieve Prosperity in life. Thus the Motto of the Trust has been coined as "EDUCATION FOR PROSPERITY".
The Trust started as "SRI ARAVINDAR ARTS & SCIENCE COLLEGE" in the year 2000. Over 22 years the College has grown as Post Graduation institution and recognized University Grants Commission under 2(f) scheme. The College is also a certified institution by ISO 9001:2008. The College has been creating meritorious students who have scored top University ranks.
As a Second Educational Institution the Trust started "SRI ARAVINDAR VIDHYALAYA NURSERY AND PRIMARY SCHOOL" in the year 2004 which has been upgraded as a Matriculation High School. The School is very much renowned for its standard around this area.
The College management is taking all active steps to go further to make the institution as a part of one of the National Level Institutions.
